Arman is a Lending Counsel on the Golub Growth team. He provides legal advice related to the structuring and documenting of financing solutions for software businesses. Arman joined Golub Capital in 2021.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Arman was an Associate in the Banking & Credit Group of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he advised sponsors, lenders and corporate clients on a variety of financing matters. Prior to this position, he was an Associate in the Finance Group of Shearman & Sterling, where he focused on structuring and closing leveraged and investment grade credit facilities.

Interests

Outside of work, Arman enjoys traveling and trying new foods with his wife. He also spends time playing soccer, practicing the violin and attempting to make contact with a golf ball.
