Dave is a Managing Director on the Golub Growth team. He works with management teams and existing investors of technology companies to execute investments across the capital structure. Dave joined Golub Capital in 2018.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Dave was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance group at NXT Capital. Prior to this position, he worked at Golub Capital as an Assistant Vice President on the Direct Lending team, where he assisted with the underwriting and monitoring of software investments for the Firm. Prior to that, Dave worked in Livingstone Partners’ Debt Advisory practice, where he advised clients on capital markets transactions.
