Michael is a Vice President on the Golub Growth team. He works with the leadership teams of software businesses and is responsible for underwriting, structuring and monitoring debt and equity investments for the Firm. Michael joined Golub Capital in 2019.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Michael worked in the Credit Opportunities group at Vista Equity Partners, where he was responsible for the underwriting and monitoring of debt investments to software companies. Prior to this position, he worked at Crestline Denali Capital, where he was responsible for underwriting and monitoring broadly syndicated loans, primarily to software and consumer companies. Michael began his career as an Associate at Fifth Third Bank.

Outside of work you can find Michael enjoying the outdoors, be it skiing, sailing, fishing, hiking, running or simply traveling alongside his wife Amy.
