Peter is a Managing Director on the Golub Growth team. He works with the leadership teams of software businesses to design flexible financing solutions tailored to their unique goals. Peter joined Golub Capital in 2014.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Peter was a Managing Director with NXT Capital’s Venture Finance group, where he led senior and subordinated debt investments in late stage technology and healthcare companies. He was also a Partner with Velocity Financial group prior to its acquisition by NXT Capital. Prior to that, Peter was a Director with TriplePoint Capital, where he was responsible for providing senior debt facilities to budding technology and healthcare companies. Prior to this position, Peter worked with two private equity partnerships, Telegraph Hill Partners and The Aurora Funds, and began his career working in Deloitte’s consulting and advisory practices.

Interests

Above all, Peter relishes the moments, big and small, he has with his wife and two daughters. You can also find him outdoors bouncing in the saddle of his mountain bike, swatting rivers with a fly rod or chasing elk by horseback.
