Rob is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Golub Growth. He also serves as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe for Golub Capital, and is also a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Rob joined Golub Capital in 2007.

Prior to joining Golub Capital, Rob was a Vice President at GE Antares Capital, where he led the structuring, underwriting, documentation and syndication of leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors. Prior to that, he was an Associate Director in the Asset-Backed Securities group at Heller Financial. Earlier in his career he was a founding member of a technology startup.

Interests

Outside of work, Rob enjoys playing tennis, travelling and exploring new restaurants. But mostly, he cherishes the time he spends with his wife, three children and their dog Milo.
